    Dieter Slicke uses Australia Post for ready to ship items. Products made to order, such as merch, uses the most suitable carrier to get your order to you as quickly as possible, which means we may use different shipping providers.

    Costs Flat $10 for all orders under $100 (or free if you spend more than $100)

    Timeframe • Delivery takes 2 — 7 business days (up to 10 days for Western Australia)

    Pickup

    If you live local, save on the shipping with pickup on your eligible order.

    Timeframe • Usually within a few business hours

    Our system will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Once you have received your pickup notification, visit us to grab your items.

  • For products we have available in stock, we ship on the next business day.

    Some of Dieter Slicke’s products are made on demand. This is to minimise waste of inventory and keep costs down for you. We will state this in each product description to make you aware in advance.

    Ordering an on demand product may require some extra time for manufacturing, dispatch and shipping, over and above that of our stocked products. We may also ship directly to you from our manufacturing partner to minimise any delay in your product arriving.

    When you place your order with Dieter Slicke, you will receive a receipt via email which will allow you to track the progress of your order.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.
