Returns

  • If your purchase was made within the last 30 days, and your return fits a criteria outlined below, please Create a Return.

    For online orders and where you are unable to return the product in store, you can ship the item back to us via Australia Post.

    For change of mind items, the cost of shipping is at your expense.

    Please carefully package the goods using a sealed zip-lock bag and bubble wrap to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Any damage is at your own risk and may impact a refund / store credit.

  • If you change your mind, there is a $6.00 restocking fee (so long as your product has not been opened / used and is in its original condition).

    If you purchased in store, you can complete the below returns process and we will organise a time for you to come for a refund or store credit.

    Alternatively, if your order was placed online, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping, which we can arrange on your behalf.

  • Dieter Slicke’s products are made with tried and tested ingredients under strict Australian standards.

    Please ensure you read our full list of ingredients (available online and on the label of our products) prior to purchasing.

    In the rare instance you have an allergic reaction, please complete our return form.

  • Our hair, skin and grooming products are handcrafted locally in Australia under the strictest safety, environmental and quality controls.

    Dieter Slicke’s merchandise is sourced from local Australian suppliers but may be manufactured overseas. We have high expectations when it comes to ethical and sustainable practices of our suppliers and we only work with those who have a demonstrated commitment to doing the right thing.

    Once we have the item back, we will have it assessed prior to issuing a refund or store credit.

  • We do our best to ensure our products are packed properly so they arrive safe and sound.

    If you receive a Dieter Slicke product that is damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
